It is Japanese "Manekineko", Happy-ComeCome-Cats

Today's tokyo is snowing   . What a cold day  .
A few weeks ago, it was spring stom and temperature was similar to its of June  .
Moreover I saw some people wore T-shirt 
And the hay fever season has started... .
Anyway, I can't wait for Spring
